Next Day Delivery

We offer a next day tracked delivery service with options available for pre 12 and pre 10.30. For some of our larger and heavier items where we are unable to ship using standard shipping methods there will be additional charges to ship.

This includes products such as aluminium gates, fencing panels, posts and fixings.

Standard Delivery

Our standard shipping method is DPD tracked delivery which has a minimum delivery charge. We are unable to send using alternative shipping methods than those on our website. Our tracked delivery service is used to ensure products arrive safely with our client, and we do not send using standard Royal Mail.


We offer the option of you arranging your own collection from our Cheshire warehouse.


All products listed as in stock will be shipped on a standard 2-3 day service unless another option has been selected. Products that are not stocked in our Cheshire warehouse will be shipped using the requested shipping method as soon as we have them on site.

Please always check your lead time and expected delivery date for an accurate lead time.

We deliver on standard working days, not weekends or bank holidays, unless you have been in contact with a member of staff for special delivery.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or we are unable to deliver to your area, Or if products have been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in price received by the supplier or manufacturer.

If we cancel your order we will credit your account by the sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible, and no longer than 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. We also endeavour to contact all customers should there be a delay with your order.

Orders with multiple items

With orders containing more than one product we will ship when we have the entire order in stock. If you require the product that is in stock earlier than the stated delivery date you will be offered the option of paying additional shipping charges to receive the in stock products sooner. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the order and within 30 days of your order unless agreed with the customer usually due to specially manufactured products such as gates and fencing.

Liability for damage or loss

upon receipt of delivery the products ordered will become your property should they have been paid for in full, and will be your responsibility. We will not accept any liability for damage or loss after they have been delivered except where products have been incorrectly delivered or damaged in transit or faulty when received.

Damaged or faulty goods will only be refunded, replaced or credited upon receipt of the relevant physical or photographic evidence. All damaged or faulty products should be communicated to us within 14 days of receipt and returned within 30 days in order to proceed with the returns procedure.

Where products are under warranty but outside of our returns timescale we may be required to send the product to the manufacturer for testing before a refund is processed. This may result in a longer wait for refunds to be processed but you will be made aware of the progress of the return.

For credit customers if you require a replacement product we will raise a new invoice at your purchasing price and refund your account accordingly once testing has been completed and we are satisfied that it is a product fault and not an installation issue.

In order to process a full refund products must be returned in the condition they were sent in, including packaging. If they are not returned in their original state a 25% restocking charge will apply.

Returns Policy

You have up to and including 14 business days after making a purchase to make us aware that you wish to cancel your order and make a return. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped please email

We will do everything we can to cancel the order prior to dispatch but should the order be in transit you would need to return your order according to the returns procedure below.

After contacting us regarding a return we will raise an RMS which will be sent to the email address provided on your original order unless another has been provided. We will refund you the price that you paid for your purchase minus any delivery charges. 

You will be entitles to a full refund should the products arrive with us in all original packaging, in full working order and in the condition that they were sent. Should this not be the case we reserve the right to  impliment a 20% restocking charge.

RMA rumbers issued are valid for 14 days, should the products not arrive back with us during this period or the RMA is not actioned you would need to contact us to raise another RMA.

Should you product fall outside of our returns policy but inside the manufacturer guarantee period we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. In order for us to provide a replacement product or provide a refund we would need to send the product to the manufacturer for testing which can sometimes take a little longer, especially if the manufacturer is located in another country. should the fault be down to user error, misuse pr general wear and tear we would be unable to provide a refund.

We will refund via the same payment method used during the initial sale.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
