Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (2–3 Business Days)
Our standard delivery service, charged at £8.99, ensures your order arrives within 2–3 business days. This tracked service is provided by DPD only.
Same Day Dispatch
For £10.99, we offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
Next Business Day Delivery
- Pre 12.00pm: £23.00
- Pre 10.30am: £30.00
We offer next business day tracked delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time. Delivery will occur by 12.00pm or 10.30am depending on your selected option.
Collection from Warehouse
You may collect your order directly from our Cheshire warehouse at no additional cost.

Note: For large or heavy items such as aluminium gates, cantilever beams, fencing panels, posts, or fixings, additional shipping charges may apply.
Leadtimes
- Products marked as "in stock" will be dispatched using the standard 2–3 day service unless another option is selected.
- Products not stocked at our Cheshire warehouse will be shipped via your selected method as soon as we receive them.
- Please check individual product pages for accurate lead times and estimated delivery dates.
- Deliveries occur on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekend and bank holiday deliveries are available by prior arrangement only.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order.
- We cannot deliver to your location.
- A pricing error occurred due to a typographical or supplier mistake.
If your order is cancelled, your account will be refunded in full within 30 days. While we aim to notify you of any delays or issues, we are not obligated to offer additional compensation.
Cancellations of Orders with Multiple Items
For orders with multiple items, we will ship only when all items are in stock. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, you may opt to pay additional shipping charges.
Delivery will occur as soon as possible and within 30 days unless otherwise agreed (e.g., custom-made items such as gates or fencing).
Liability for Damage or Loss
Once your order is delivered and paid for, it becomes your property and responsibility. We are not liable for damage or loss after delivery, except in cases of:
- Incorrect delivery
- Damage in transit
- Faulty goods upon receipt
Damaged or Faulty Goods
- Refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued upon receipt of photographic or physical evidence.
- Claims must be reported within 14 days and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- If the product is under warranty but outside the return timeframe, it may be sent to the manufacturer for testing. This may cause delays, but we will keep you informed.
For Credit Customers
If you need a replacement product, we will issue a new invoice at the original price and refund your account once the fault is confirmed.
Restocking Charge
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund. A 25% restocking fee will apply for items not returned in original condition.
Returns Policy
You have up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to notify us of your intent to cancel or return an order.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, email sales@tfsdirect.co.uk to request cancellation.
If the order has already shipped, follow our returns procedure below.
Return Procedure
- Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, sent to your order email.
- Return the products within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
- A full refund will be issued (minus delivery charges) if the items are returned in original packaging, in full working order, and in the same condition they were sent.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in original condition.
RMA Validity
RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. If not used within this time, please request a new RMA.
Manufacturer Guarantee
If your product is outside of our returns policy but within the manufacturer's guarantee, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
Testing and replacements may take longer, particularly for overseas manufacturers. Refunds will not be provided if the issue is due to misuse or wear and tear.
Refund Process
All refunds are processed via the original payment method.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
