The Fortylock insert lock kit is a complete locking kit for steel box sections of 40mm x 40mm plus. With a choice of finish you can choose the kit that best suites your gate. Each kit comes complete with the Locinox Fortylock, a pair of cover plates, a 54mm cylinder, a pair of handles and the SFKI keep. With east fitting using the Locinox click it system, the Fortylock is arguably the best insert lock on the market.

    The Fortylock set is a complete lock and receiver kit including the SFKI keep, Locinox Fortylock, silver or black aluminium handles and cover shields and a 54mm Euro profile cylinder.

    With a 100% stainless steel mechanism and a solid 21mm hook, the Locinox Fortylock is a slimline mortice lock designed for 40mm profile gates plus. With an adjustable latch, and simple fitting using the 'click it' easy fitting system, the installation of this lock can be done quickly and efficiently, saving time for the fabricator and installer.


    • Patented "Click-It" system makes tapping a thread in the profile unnecessary
    • Continuous adjustment of the latch bolt up to 10mm after installation
    • Key-operated self-latching bolt
    • Stainless steel mechanism and hook
    • Easy left or right changing of the latch bolt
